**Job Overview**



Support the increase of sales in Colombia for the CHANNEL Business Unit and provide system maintenance for sales operations in Colombia and Argentina, primarily.



**Job Requirements**



+ Answering customer calls and emails, providing basic product information and handling simple customer inquiries.

+ Processing routine sales transactions and managing basic customer accounts.

+ Participating in sales meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with product knowledge and sales strategies.
