Job Summary:
We are looking for a driven and confident Outbound Sales Representative with at least 1 year of BPO international voice experience. The role focuses on handling a high volume of outbound calls, closing sales, and upselling products or services to international customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a large volume of outbound calls to international customers
• Present, promote, and sell products or services over the phone
• Effectively upsell and cross-sell to maximize revenue
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions
• Address customer objections professionally and confidently
• Follow company scripts, processes, and compliance guidelines
