About the Role
As an Inside Sales Agent (ISA), you'll be at the front line of our real estate operations-handling inbound & outbound calls, qualifying leads, and supporting realtors through our Referrals platform. This role is performance-driven, fast-paced, and full of growth potential.
What You'll Do
Make inbound & outbound calls
Engage prospects through calls, texts & Facebook
Generate & qualify real estate leads
Maintain accurate CRM records
Achieve minimum 4 qualified leads daily
Performance Metrics
400–500 calls/day
4+ qualified leads/day
100% CRM accuracy
