Inside Sales and Showroom Executive

Our client, a distributor within the apparel and branded merchandise industry based in Cape Town, is seeking an organised, customer-focused, and commercially minded Inside Sales & Showroom Coordinator to join their growing team. This role will be responsible for managing inbound sales enquiries, coordinating orders, maintaining the showroom, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Salary: R15 000 - R18 000 CTC

Minimum requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an inside sales, sales coordination, or showroom-based role


• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English


• Experience with CRM systems (Monday.com experience a bonus)


• Comfortable with inventory or order management software-Cin7/DEAR experience advantageous


• High attention to detail, data accuracy in reports and dashboards is non-negotiable
