**Job Description:**

+ **Trains and** **coach** **es ISRs to improve their skills in generating sales opportunities and developing customer relationships** : identifying areas for improvement and applying strategies for prospecting, lead management, pipeline management, and portfolio contact.
+ **Review and Pre-call** : assists ISRs in preparing pre-calls and presentations to meet standards.
