Job Scope:

• Manage good relationship with vendor, external parties and suppliers.
• Handle Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), and Invoices
• do upselling of services
• Organize files and maintain data records
• Manage phone calls and handle messages
• Coordinate meetings and events
• Provide general office support for the team or executives

Job Requirement:

• Admin / Customer service / sales support / SAP experience will have added advantage.
