Inside Sales Coordinator

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**



+ Act as a senior Inside Sales Engineer, managing RFQs, preparing technically and commercially accurate quotations, and supporting order conversion.

+ Coordinate day-to-day activities of the Inside Sales Engineering team to ensure workload balance, responsiveness, and delivery to customer expectations.

+ Serve as a first point of contact for technical and system-related questions within the team.

+ Drive adherence to standard processes, tools, and CRM/Oracle systems.

+ Monitor, track, and report KPIs including quote response time, quote-to-order conversion, quote-follow-up, and quote accuracy.

+ Identify, lead, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and service quality.

+ Support onboarding and training of new team members and provide ongoing coaching.
