Inside Sales Coordinator - Level III

**DESCRIPTION**
**Job Summary**
Supports the customer-facing sales force through the complete rhythm of sales, from lead generation to order closure. This role executes, supports, and improves sales and branch operations activities under limited supervision, contributing to achievement of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets across CCC, CTT, and Retail lines of business while supporting focus products, Mitwa activation, and fleet business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Respond to incoming customer calls and emails, qualify enquiries, and route qualified leads to the appropriate sales professionals.
+ Compile budgetary quotes for simple to complex requirements by gathering technical data, lead times, and customer-specific information for the customer-facing sales team.
+ Participate in customer visits, meetings, and events and make decisions where standard procedures are not clearly defined.
