Inside Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a meticulous and sales-driven Inside Sales Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and proactive follow-up to ensure smooth sales operations and high renewal success rates.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, IT, or any related field
• 1–2 years of experience in inside sales / sales coordination (ICT industry preferred)
• Strong attention to detail with ability to spot discrepancies in pricing, contracts, and documentation
• Highly organized with strong follow-up and time management skills
• Target-driven and customer-oriented
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers)
