Inside Sales Coordinator

The Inside Sales Coordinator support the sales team by coordinating sales-related activities, managing customer accounts, and ensuring efficient processing of sales orders and quotations. Act as a key liaison between customers and internal departments to deliver excellent service and drive business growth. Education Bachelor’s degree required. English proficiency (85% or higher). Experience Minimum of 2 years in a similar role. Proven experience in inside sales. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Negotiation skills and customer relationship management experience. Responsibilities Efficiently process RFQs by gathering and validating all necessary information.
