Inside Sales Engineer

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with the Inside Sales Representative to support customer outreach, qualification activities, and technical discussions.
• Align with the ISR on customer requirements, engagement plans, and follow‑up actions to ensure a coordinated presales approach.
• Conduct technical assessments to validate customer use cases and determine alignment with Zscaler capabilities.
• Identify potential technical gaps, risks, or dependencies and recommend appropriate next steps.
• Deliver Zscaler solution demonstrations to showcase core product features, workflows, and value propositions.
• Maintain demo readiness, ensuring that demonstration environments, scripts, and materials are current and accurate.
• Provide simple, clear whiteboard explanations of Zscaler architecture, traffic flows, and deployment models.
