Job Scope

• Support the Sales team in preparing quotations for spare parts and standard RO units
• Assist in submission of quotations via customer portals when required
• Prepare and compile technical proposals
• Coordinate internally to obtain technical clarifications and supporting documents
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of sales records
• Follow up on action items and ensure timely response to customer enquiries
• Liaise with internal departments to support order processing and project execution

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
