Role: Inside Sales Executive Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist/Manager Experience Level: 1-3 Years Location: On-site - Powai, Mumbai (Work from Office only) Budget: 45,000 INR - 60,000 INR p.m.
depending on the Candidate profile, experience, and interview Key Responsibilities Handle incoming leads and enquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms.
Conduct initial counselling sessions to understand student needs and recommend/convince about our offerings.
Make outbound calls on cold data and curated data (when available) to convert prospects into active leads and sales opportunities.
Follow up with leads consistently and maintain a high conversion ratio.
Maintain an accurate record of all interactions and update CRM systems regularly.
Coordinate with the counselling, application, and visa teams to ensure smooth end-to-end service delivery.
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly and quarterly sales/enrolment targets.
