As part of its growth, **Arrow ECS** is strengthening its teams and is looking for an **Inside Sales Manager with an additional language (Italian/Spanish/Dutch).**

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Manage and support a team of Inside Sales Representatives focused on renewals, upsell, and churn prevention.
+ Drive daily and weekly execution through huddles, performance tracking, and structured follow-up on renewal opportunities.
