Job Description
**Mission**:**Tasks & Responsibilities**:**Customer Acquisition and Retention**:- Design and execute targeted win-back campaigns to re-engage lapsed customers and rebuild relationships;- Identify and acquire new customers by prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing the sales pipeline.
**Sales Administration**:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the CRM system, together with the Sales team;- Support in contract preparation and legal reviews when required**.
****Marketing**:- Identify key events in North America and define appropriate engagement models for each (speaking engagements, booths, private events);- Drive top of funnel activities such as social media posts, newsletters, white papers with relevant industry associations**Customer Engagement**:- Present product offerings, demonstrate value, and address customer needs effectively.
