Inside Sales Representative

Grimaldi Law Firm is a fast-growing, mission-driven estate planning law firm based in Florida, seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Remote Inside Sales Representative to serve as the first point of connection for prospective and returning clients.

This role blends consultative sales and high-level client service. You will guide individuals and families through the decision-making process as they consider protecting their assets, children, and legacy through estate planning. You are not providing legal advice — you are helping clients determine whether our firm is the right fit and confidently moving them toward engagement.

We are looking for a persuasive yet empathetic communicator who can discuss premium pricing with maturity, build trust quickly, and follow up relentlessly with new, stalled, and returning prospects.
