Inside Sales Representative

**Job Description:**



Sells or renews the company’s products, systems and/or services via telephone or electronic means to customers in assigned territory, industry or accounts. May generate prospective customers through cold calling and may qualify and follow up with sales leads. Focus on lead qualification and lead prospecting. Sales can be made through multichannel, inbound and/or outbound sales activities.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**



+ Achieve agreed-upon sales targets within defined timelines.

+ Promote and (up)sell DEXIS SW (DTX) solutions, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to existing and potential customers.

+ Ensure timely subscription/offering renewals and customer retention.

+ Drive proactive outreach and engagement for DEXIS SW (DTX) solutions.

+ Manage cold and warm leads through structured calling and qualification.
