SUMMARY
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales and building strong client relationships through effective communication, project management, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs). This role involves engaging with clients, handling objections, managing project timelines, and ensuring high standards of internal and external communication. The position requires a positive attitude, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to build value during client interactions.
PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
- Consistently meet or exceed established KPIs related to sales and client engagement.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for Letters of Intent (LOIs) by effectively presenting service offerings to potential clients.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings to discuss project requirements, answer questions, and present solutions.
- Oversee project timelines to ensure that all deliverables are met within set deadlines.
