Job Description
Our client is a manufacturing multinational and they are looking for an Inside Sales Representative for Region East. The role plays a vital role in supporting the commercial operations across the Region East. Based in the RHQ in Kuala Lumpur, this person will provide daily support to the Outside Sales Representatives (OSRs) — ensuring timely quotations, accurate CRM updates, and efficient processing of customer requests — always with a strong sense of urgency, customer centricity, and proactivity.
- Prepare and issue accurate quotations based on customer requirements, price lists, and margin guidelines.
- Revise and update quotations upon request, ensuring all commercial and technical details are properly aligned.
