We're hiring a remote Inside Sales Representative in Colombia to handle a mix of inbound leads and outbound follow-up, building rapport, qualifying opportunities, and driving deals toward signed contracts.

What You'll Do

• Work company-provided leads daily (inbound + outbound follow-up)
• Make calls/texts to contact leads, re-engage prospects, and set next steps
• Qualify homeowners: motivation, timeline, condition, price expectations
