Inside Sales Representative

You will call inbound leads, qualify homeowners, provide pricing, and book jobs over the phone. This is a true sales role focused on closing, not just scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

Call and follow up with inbound leads quickly.

Qualify homeowners for urgency, scope, and budget.

Book jobs by phone for common services.

Schedule on-site estimates only when necessary.

Present pricing clearly and handle objections confidently.

Log all details in HubSpot CRM.

Coordinate with operations and provide feedback on lead quality.

Requirements

• Must have at least 2 years solid sales experience
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Willing to work as an Independent Contractor
• Willing to work on graveyard shift and Saturdays
• Willing to work fully at home and must have own laptop/desktop and internet connection
• Must be based in the Philippines
