Inside Sales Representative

You will call inbound leads, qualify homeowners, provide pricing, and book jobs over the phone. This is a true sales role focused on closing, not just scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with inbound leads quickly.
• Qualify homeowners for urgency, scope, and budget.
• Book jobs by phone for common services.
• Schedule on-site estimates only when necessary.
• Present pricing clearly and handle objections confidently.
• Log all details in HubSpot CRM.
• Coordinate with operations and provide feedback on lead quality.

Requirements

• Must have at least 2 years solid sales experience
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Willing to work as an Independent Contractor
• Willing to work on graveyard shift and Saturdays
• Willing to work fully at home and must have own laptop/desktop and internet connection
