Inside Sales Representative - Plumbing, HVAC, & Electrical

$25.00-$28.00 per hour

**Job Description:**

Ace Hardware Home Services is building a best-in-class team focused on **Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical (PHCE)** services—and we’re looking for someone who understands this industry and knows how to turn opportunities into revenue.

This is **not a call center role** . This is a **sales-driven position** partnering directly with field technicians to close real jobs and grow business.

**✅ What You’ll Do**

+ Follow up on **open HVAC, plumbing, and electrical estimates** to convert into booked work
+ Partner closely with technicians and field teams to move jobs forward
+ Turn inactive quotes into revenue through strong outbound follow-up
+ Build trust with homeowners while guiding them through service solutions
