Under the direction of the Inside Sales Manager, the Inside Sales Representative will assist assigned Regional Sales Directors and customers to complete sales orders in an assigned territory. This position will be responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and growth objectives. The Inside Sales Representative represents the entire range of company products and services.



Main Job Duties:

+ Provide exceptional customer service to develop and maintain relationships with key partners/customers. Be proactive in providing information and respond to questions in a timely manner.

+ Maintain accurate customer records and sales transactions in Salesforce CRM.
