Inside Sales Representative – Safety Products

Our client is an Australia's leading manufacturer of dangerous goods storage solutions, helping businesses nationwide reduce risks associated with hazardous chemicals through high-quality, compliant products. They are expanding their team and are looking for a motivated Internal Sales Operator to support and grow our internal sales function.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer enquiries and provide accurate product advice and quotations
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls to leads, upsell products, and build long-term customer relationships
• Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring accurate customer data and sales activity tracking
• Identify sales opportunities and contribute to internal sales initiatives and campaigns
