Inside Sales Representative

Job Purpose

• To support and growth business

Key Responsibilities

You will manage and develop the portfolio of potential and existing customers, handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, handle orders, and keep track of customers' orders.

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through varying modes of communication.

To provide good service to all customers and help them solve the problem relative to the company's products.

Communicate with all internal departments related to customer requirements.

Update regular report.

Maintain and file all records in accordance with company procedure.
