Brief Job Description
The ISR is expected to develop, manage, and to communicate regularly with the targeted resellers. The ISR serves as the single point of contact for the resellers to discuss projects, promos, new products, technical support requirements, marketing requirements, and other partner concerns. The ISR is also given the responsibility of qualifying leads for his/her market and ensure action is taken. The ISR is given monthly and quarterly sales targets to achieve on various programs and supports the resellers in managing their requirements. The ISR works closely with the immediate supervisor or distribution manager in the market unit in developing the channel long tail business.
