Inside Sales Specialist

Overview

Sales Representative will provide direct support to the Managers and Account Managers in the ongoing development of existing and prospective customers to ensure that the Sales Support is able to meet its growth targets.

Responsibilities

• Cold calling and emailing potential customers
• Complete customer RFQ’s
• Provide B2B pre-sale and post-sales services to customers
• Manage tickets and customer support using Zendesk
