Inside Sales Specialist – VPM Solutions
We’re looking for a confident communicator who thrives on connection, consistency, and follow-through. This role is more than making calls; it’s about creating meaningful conversations that build trust and open doors for our team.
You’ll work closely with leadership to identify opportunities, engage property owners and brokers, and keep our sales pipeline organized and active. If you’re self‑motivated, people‑focused, and driven by measurable results, this role is a great fit.
Responsibilities- Outbound lead generation to introduce Pilot and qualify opportunities.
- Scheduling and confirming discovery calls with property owners.
- Following up with warm and previous leads to nurture relationships.
- Outreach to brokers and referral partners to expand our network.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and submitting brief daily activity reports.
