Inside Sales Supervisor (EU)

We’re looking for an **Inside Sales Supervisor (EU)** to grow revenue through proactive customer engagement while building and leading a high‑performing Inside Sales team across the EU.
This is a hybrid role combining **hands‑on selling (60%)** with **team leadership and operational excellence (40%)** .

**Job Requirements:**

**As an Inside Sales Expert you will:**

+ Achieve individual sales targets and drive pipeline growth
+ Promote and upsell **DEXIS Software (DTX)** solutions and **Service Level Agreements (SLAs)**
+ Manage renewals, customer retention, and post‑sales follow‑up
+ Convert qualified leads into opportunities in close collaboration with field sales
+ Deliver remote demos and manage CRM accuracy (Salesforce)
