About the role

We are seeking an experienced Insides Sales to join our dynamic team at TOA ELECTRONICS (M) SDN. BHD. In this full-time role based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, you will play a crucial part in optimising the pre sales activities and driving efficiency across Sales team.

What you'll be doing

1. Understand client requirements for PA / audio / voice evacuation systems.
2. Design PA system solutions (speakers, amplifiers, mixers, microphones, controllers, cabling, etc.)
3. Prepare technical data proposals, system drawings, BOQ, and cost estimates.
4. Support sales team during client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions.
5. Conduct site surveys and recommend appropriate system layouts.
6. Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and local regulations.
7. Assist in product demos, proof of concept, and tender submissions.
