We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales to join our dynamic team at TOA ELECTRONICS (M) SDN. BHD. In this full‑time role based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, you will play a crucial part in optimising the pre‑sales activities and driving efficiency across the Sales team.

What you’ll be doing

• Understand client requirements for PA / audio / voice evacuation systems.
• Prepare technical data proposals, system drawings, BOQ, and cost estimates.
• Support sales team during client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions.
• Conduct site surveys and recommend appropriate system layouts.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and local regulations.
• Assist in product demos, proof of concept, and tender submissions.
• Provide handover support to project / execution teams after order confirmation.
• Cold calling for new business opportunity.
