A Strategic Role at the Heart of Logistic
Sales Performance Analytics & KPI Ownership
Improve and maintain the Sales KPI Catalog and data dictionary (win rate, conversion funnel, cycle time, churn, forecast accuracy, volume, revenues).
Build, automate, maintain and improve weekly/monthly dashboards and executive views; publish commentary, insights, risks, and recommended actions.
Lead forecast management with Sales leadership and Revenue Management; ensure alignment across tools and teams.
