1) Job Purpose 

This is a role that straddles different levels. It is a significant leadership role working closely with the Marketing and Sales heads as well as the overall business unit head (Managing Director for Snacks). It entails:
 
§ playing a knowledge management role with the specific purpose of advising key decision makers (primarily the MD, Marketing Director and Sales Leader) so that they can make informed risk-assessed decisions.
 
§ leading the identification and prioritization of key consumer/shopper issues and opportunities that drive business growth
 
§ building alignment on resource deployment and investment
 
§ implementing / elevating Kellogg corporate insights practices as well as contribution to the development of the I&P function locally and regionally.
