I&A Junior Analyst

The I&A Junior Analyst supports the Insights & Analytics function by producing reliable reporting, analysis, and data documentation that help teams make faster and better decisions. This role is designed for fresh graduates up to 1–2 years of experience and will work closely with an I&A Analyst on a shared scope across Operations, Product, and Growth.

Responsibilities

1. Reporting and dashboards (execution support)

• Maintain and QA existing dashboards and recurring reports (data freshness checks, metric validation, broken chart fixes, filter behavior).
• Build simple dashboard components under guidance, including standard KPI tiles, breakdown tables, and trend views.
• Prepare weekly and monthly metric packs using established templates (including 2×2 and WBR-style reporting if applicable).
