Insights Executive

In this role, you’ll play a key part in uncovering meaningful insights through Experience Management research and transforming them into actionable strategies that enhance client decision‑making.

Roles and Responsibilities

• A good understanding of the fundamentals of XM/CX research
• Experience in data visualisation, consolidation, and presentation with recommendations
• Solid foundation in working with large datasets in Excel and performing basic descriptive analytics
• With the guidance of their line manager, be able to translate data into insights that address key client business questions as well as develop and implement appropriate reporting, tracking and analysis methods
