The Crew Business Insights team is seeking a leader who
will be responsible for the discovery, sizing, and initial feasibility
assessment of efficiency solutions within Flight Operations (FOP). This role
requires curiosity, innovation, partnership with operating divisions, expert
level of data analysis, and the ability to translate insights from financial
impact to results. The successful candidate must have extensive knowledge of
database structure/schemas and be able to translate data to deliver on dynamic
