Insolvency & Restructuring Associate (4-7 Years)

Loopstra Nixon is seeking a mid-level associate to join our Bankruptcy, Insolvency & Restructuring group at our Downtown Office.

This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level lawyer seeking to deepen their expertise in insolvency and restructuring law, with a particular focus on debtor-side representation. The successful candidate will join a highly experienced and collaborative team, working alongside partners on sophisticated matters involving financial distress, corporate restructuring, and stakeholder negotiations.

The role carries significant responsibility across both consensual and court-supervised restructurings under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (BIA) and the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA).
