Key Responsibilities
Lead RBI (API 580/581) studies, reassessments, and inspection strategy development
Develop and optimize risk-based inspection plans for static assets (vessels, piping, tanks, exchangers)
Perform damage mechanism review (API 571), PoF/CoF analysis, and integrity risk assessments
Establish and manage corrosion loops, CMLs, and IOW frameworks
Support Fitness-for-Service (FFS) and inspection grading
Drive APM / digital inspection initiatives (GE APM, SAP, Maximo)
Enable AI/ML-based inspection, predictive maintenance, and digital twin solutions
