Qualification and Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction and property development.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, and project management software.
• Knowledge of Malaysian building codes and bylaws.
• Registered with BEM.
• Registered Inspector of Work (IOW) is an added advantage.

Responsibility:

• Inspection of site work to ensure compliance with construction drawing and specification
• To involve in quality control and safety monitoring
• To ensure documentation on site is in order
• To attend and coordinate all site matters with various contractors, consultants and relevant authorities and report any non-conformances of works.
