Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Performed in-process and post-polishing inspections to meet customer and internal specifications.
Addressed non-conformities promptly, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Collected and analyzed defect data to support continuous quality improvement.
Inspection & Defect Identification
Basic operation of IPC-related tools (microscopes, ionizers, HEPA benches, metrology tools).
Knowledge in completing daily/weekly checklists
Accurately records inspection results, defect counts, lot history, and scrap details in inspection sheets or system.
Supports data-driven reporting for daily yield, defect mapping, and process monitoring.
Supports process validation through accurate data recording and analysis
Education & Experience
Minimum Requirement: College level or equivalent (technical/vocational background preferred).
