Inspector of Work

Job Description

· Supervise and monitor on-site Civil works to ensure compliance with drawing, specifications and standards.

· Prepare daily or weekly reports on site progress, manpower, materials and any non-conformances or delay.

· Identify document defect or outstanding works, follow up to ensure timely completion and propose mitigation solution.

· Regularly report to HOD, Project Manager and Client regarding the progress of works and site status.

· To attend all site meeting with Project Team and Client.

· To ensure that site works are carried out in compliance with authority requirement.

· To assist on site valuation and verifying contractor's work done in the progress claim.

· Verification and documentation of all testing perform.

· To maintain all relevant documents, correspondences and records in respect to daily work records.
