WSP is currently initiating search for an **Inspector/Superintendent** to support the Metropolitan Transportation Authority’s (MTA) Small Business Mentoring Program (SBMP) in the New York Metro Area.

The program operates under the umbrella of the MTA’s Small Business Development Program (SBDP), which is dedicated to advancing the capabilities of emerging and experienced construction contractors through a combination of classroom instruction, hands-on training, and technical guidance in prime contracts with MTA agencies. By supporting and mentoring small businesses, this position plays a pivotal role in cultivating successful enterprises, broadening the pool of competitive, qualified contractors, and fostering economic growth, particularly within disadvantaged communities.
