Instagram Growth Lead (Spanish-speaking)

Fintech Futuro is hiring an Instagram Growth Lead (Spanish-speaking). This is not “social media manager” role. We are relaunching a personal finance media brand around a completely new philosophy: net worth, financial clarity, behavioral finance, and long-term wealth building. We’re looking for someone obsessed with Instagram: Reels, hooks, collaborations, stories, carousels, growth strategy, creator partnerships, distribution, engagement, funnels, and content psychology.
