Job Description

Position Scope
The Installation Coordinator Assistant plays a key role in supporting the successful execution of installation projects by ensuring seamless administrative coordination and logistical preparation. This role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the flexibility to travel for on-site coordination when necessary.
Job Responsibilities
Provide support and assistance to other coordinators with daily administrative and operational tasks, ensuring smooth workflow and effective communication among team members.
Prepare and organize specialized tools, equipment, and consumables required for installation projects, ensuring all necessary materials are available in advance.
Monitor and arrange for any missing tools or materials needed at the installation site, coordinating with suppliers or internal teams to prevent delays.
