Job Description
Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced installation specialist who can bring structure, training, and genuine quality control to a large and growing team. This is a quality and standards role within our SHEQ function, reporting to the Head of SHEQ. You will be the authority on how installations are carried out – not the fibre itself, but everything around it: containment, tray work, cable management, penetrations, working in complex or heritage buildings, and the finish and presentation of the work. You will build that standard, embed it, and hold the team to it. This is a muddy boots role; you will be on site regularly, problem‑solving, training, and signing off work, and engaging confidently with building managers and landlords when method, safety or building fabric questions arise.
