Installation Team Leader(Data Center Project)

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage on-site MEP installation teams for data center projects, overseeing the installation of electrical, HVAC, and low-voltage systems
• Arrange and assign work tasks to team members based on construction drawings and project schedules to ensure installation progress stays on track
• Monitor on-site construction quality, ensuring installation processes comply with design specifications and company standards; identify and correct construction issues promptly
• Conduct technical and safety briefings for team members to ensure all construction activities adhere to safety regulations and prevent unsafe operations
• Coordinate the allocation and use of on-site materials and tools to ensure timely availability of construction resources
