We’re looking for an **Instant Service Agent** who knows how to keep things smooth, fast, and personal. Someone who makes every interaction feel effortless, delivers accurate service, and helps guests feel genuinely at home from the very first call.

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be responsible for:

+ Responding promptly to guest requests in a friendly and professional manner, with follow-up to ensure satisfaction
+ Handling incoming and outgoing calls accurately and efficiently
+ Recording and controlling wake-up calls with full accuracy
+ Paging guests and coordinating with relevant departments when needed
+ Maintaining accurate records on traffic sheets and call logs
+ Assisting guests with international calls and directory inquiries
+ Addressing guests by name whenever possible to enhance personalization
