We are seeking an Institute Operations & Marketing Manager to lead the daily operations, training coordination, marketing execution, and continuous development of training programs at the Institute of AV Technology.

This is a manager-level role responsible for ensuring smooth delivery of existing programs while actively supporting the development, refinement, and market alignment of new training courses. The role works closely with the Institute Director, who retains final authority over major strategic decisions.
