Institutional Partnerships Manager

Business Development team:
We are looking for a Manager of Institutional Partnerships & Procurement to own and manage the relationships and vendors that enable our company to operate on a daily basis.
This role focuses on institutional and operational partners — not sales — ensuring continuity, efficiency, strong governance, and long-term strategic alignment across the company.
Challenges that await you:
Own and manage relationships with institutional and operational partners critical to daily operations.
Act as the main point of contact for partner performance, issue resolution and escalations.
Ensure partners meet SLAs, contractual commitments and operational standards.
Identify partner dependencies, risks and inefficiencies, and propose mitigation plans.
Lead procurement processes for non-commercial areas across the company.
